Concerts in Stadiums, Arenas and Concert Halls for KING JEREMY

No provision contained in any place of performance lease, which is inconsistent with any provision of this agreement or any rider or exhibit hereto, shall be binding on ARTIST unless ARTIST shall consent in writing thereto. PURCHASER represents and warrants that PURCHASER is at the present time or will be, the owner or operator, or has or will have a valid lease (executed in its own name) upon, the places of performance on the dates and at the times set forth in this agreement, written proof of which will be given to Artist upon request. The person executing this Agreement on PURCHASER'S behalf represents and warrants that he has the authority to do so, and such person hereby personally assumes liability for the payment of all sums due ARTIST hereunder. PURCHASER warrants that he has the right to enter into and fully perform this contract and is of legal age to enter into a binding contract.

Concert International Travel for KING JEREMY

In the event the place of performance is outside the continental limits of the United States, PURCHASER agrees to procure, at sole expense, for ARTIST and party, the necessary visas, work permits and other documents of any nature whatsoever necessary or usually obtained to enable ARTIST to render its services hereunder also PURCHASER shall be responsible for, and indemnify and hold ARTIST from and against, all local, municipal and country or government taxes, fees or levies on all income earned by ARTIST ARTIST'S employees while in the country or countries covered by this contract.

Concert Transportation for KING JEREMY

PURCHASER agrees to provide ARTIST at PURCHASER'S sole cost and expense with the following:
(A)
Two (2) fully licensed first class limousines or one stretch limousine for transportation of ARTIST: (1) from airport to hotel upon arrival; (11) from hotel to rehearsal and return; (111) from hotel to venue and return (for each performance); (1V) from hotel to airport upon departure; and (V) to and from hotel any interview promoting the engagement hereunder.
(B)
One passenger van or mini-bus, with driver, for transport of musician's and crew personnel as set forth in sub paragraph 5(A)
(C)
One van without seating/station wagon for transportation wagon for transportation for wardrobe and luggage of Artist and crew personnel.
(D)
Purchaser agrees to provide and pay for, at no cost to PRODUCER or ARTIST, two (2) first-class and eight (8) non-restricted coach class round trip airline transportation from Eugene Oregon to Place of Engagement. ARTIST prefers to make their own airline arrangement and reimbursement should be made in advance, rather than prepaid airline tickets. Reimbursement shall be at current coach class fare of major airlines with service to contracted engagement.

Concert Accomodations for KING JEREMY

Two (2) non-smoking single bedroom suites and eight (8) non-smoking single rooms are to be provided by PURCHASER"S sole cost and expense. The Name, address, telephone number and contract at the hotel must be returned along with the signed contracts. If travel arrangements necessitate, the accommodation shall be provided one (1) day after closing of said engagement.

Concert Supporting Attraction for KING JEREMY

 PURCHASER agrees that the appearance of any other act on the same bill as ARTIST shall be subject to producer's prior written approval. Additional act or acts receive billing in such size, type, thickness, boldness and prominence as may be designated by PRODUCER. A violation of this clause shall entitle PRODUCER. A violation of this clause shall entitle PRODUCER to refuse to furnish the performers described herein, but PRODUCER shall remain obligated to make all payments herein set forth.

Concert Remuneration for KING JEREMY

A 50% Concert Revenue wire transfer is required for engagement upon signing of Agreement and Concert Rider. This is not refundable if Engagement is canceled by you. All monies due the artist at time of engagement shall be made by money order, cashiers check or certified check made payable to Jeremy Tobias Matthews and presented to him prior to the engagement hereunder.

Concert Billing for King Jeremy

ARTIST shall receive 100% sole star billing in any and all publicity releases and paid advertisements, including, but not limited to programs, fliers, signs, lobby boards and marquees shall be billed only as KING JEREMY.
